Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience preferred.
• Must pass background screening and drug testing.
• Knowledge of safe commercial driving practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Experience operating lift gates, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related equipment.
• Proficiency using GPS systems and routing technology.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles.
• Drive GVW over 26,000 lbs.
• Pull trailers over 10,000 lbs.
• Ensure trailer hitches are secured before transport.
• Transport products between locations safely and efficiently.
• Load, secure, and unload shipments to prevent damage.
• Obtain delivery confirmations through signatures or scanning systems.
• Verify shipment contents against manifests and docs.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and hours-of-service docs.
• Follow delivery schedules and rest requirements.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies.
