Job summary

J Rose Logistics is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for our dedicated fleet. This account offers incredible mileage volume, a highly competitive pay structure, and stable, year‑round freight. As a Company Driver (W2), top mileage rate is $0.70 CPM with weekly gross of $1,680–$1,750 and average 2,400–2,500 miles per week.

Home weekly with steady regional lanes east of I‑35 (PA, OH, IN, etc.). Qualified candidates have a valid CDL-A and 1 year of verifiable OTR/Regional experience; clean

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 24 months OR 6 months within the last 12 months.
• OTR or Regional experience required; Local-only driving is not eligible.
• Clean driving record and solid work history.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer for the dedicated fleet.
• Maintain safety and on-time deliveries across assigned lanes.
• Achieve the mileage and mileage-based pay outlined in the offer.

Company Driver (W2)

• Top Mileage Rate: $0.70 CPM paid on all miles.
• Weekly Earnings: $1,680 – $1,750 gross per week.
• Consistent Volume: Average 2,400 – 2,500 miles per week. This is exceptional mileage for a fleet that gets you home every single week!
• Home Weekly

Running Area:

• Steady regional lanes spanning everywhere East of the I-35 corridor (includes the South and the Midwest—PA, OH, IN, etc.).

Qualifications & Hiring Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience Options:
  • Must have at least 1 year of verifiable experience within the last 24 months, OR
  • At least 6 months of verifiable experience within the last 12 months.
• Experience Type: OTR or Regional experience is strictly required. Local-only driving experience does not qualify for this regional fleet.
• Safety: Clean driving record and solid professional work history.
