Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Class A CDL Driver to join our New Braunfels team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials, perform inspections, maintain logs, and follow DOT regulations to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries.

Based in New Braunfels, TX, this onsite role demands safety-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with dispatch and customers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including tractor trailers, tankers, roll-offs, and box trucks, in compliance with all regulations.
• Rotate on-call responsibilities as part of Emergency Response.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours and vehicle status per DOT rules.
• Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and clients for timely deliveries.
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed.
• Secure loads properly for safe transport.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Job description

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for our New Braunfels team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to various locations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

This highly motivated & safety-first individual will be responsible for operating Class A commercial vehicles, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate digital logs, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.

This position reports to Logistics Coordinator . This role is onsite and is based in New Braunfels, TX .

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including but not limited to tractor trailers, tankers, roll-offs, and box trucks, in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Rotating on-call responsibilities as part of our Emergency Response team
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition
• Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations
• Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed
• Properly secure load to ensure safe & compliant transportation of materials
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills

Basic Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid ClassACommercial Driver's License
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
• Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
• Ability to work overtime on a regular basisMust be able to report to designated office within 1 hour during Emergency Response rotating shifts
• The Driver position frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste andhandles personal protective equipment. This role is considered safety-sensitive
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship

Preferred Requirements

• Proficiency in driving manual transmission
• Previous experience in environmental services or related field
