Job summary

Hydrite Chemical Co. is hiring a Class A CDL Driver in Milwaukee, WI to deliver Hydrite products to customers and uphold our standards of excellence. The role requires inspecting equipment, securing loads, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle inspection, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries while collaborating with production, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and safety on every trip.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must possess a valid CDL and current DOT physical certification with ABCD/NH.
Must have an acceptable driving record.
Knowledge of DOT regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Inspect unit daily and report repairs.
Make deliveries driving a Class A CDL vehicle.
Keep vehicle clean and in good working order.
Deliver and pick up products and containers per SOPs.
Verify shipping papers and load accuracy, including BOLs and waste manifests.
Adhere to safety rules, weight laws and environmental regulations.
Complete paperwork accurately at end of shift.
Cover for other employees as needed.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and customer service teams.

Class A CDL Driver

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver Hydrite products to our customers. This position will uphold the Hydrite “Standards of Excellence” through continuous commitment to customer satisfaction, both internal and external.

Primary responsibilities include:

Inspect unit daily and report any needed repairs to the Transportation
Make assigned deliveries driving a
Keep entire unit clean and in good working
Deliver and pick up products and containers as assigned by the Transportation
Review all shipping papers and verify that the load is correct and exactly as stated, including waste manifest and container labels. This includes proper use of BOL’s, certificates of Analyses, and waste Manifests per SOP’s.
Follow assigned delivery Report any deviation immediately.
Follow all special instructions on the pick list, bill of lading, or receiving
To be knowledgeable in and comply with all company work and safety rules, motor carrier safety regulations, state weight laws, and environmental regulations.
