Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A road tractors to transport loads across various destinations and job sites
• Ensure accurate and detailed record‑keeping for all loads
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
• Work independently while managing your time effectively
• Collaborate with team members and assist others when needed

Requirements

• Must have a Class A CDL
• Pass an NCDOT physical exam and licensing requirements as mandated by law
• Proficient problem solver and conflict resolver
• Must pass pre‑employment physical screening and must be capable of lifting 50 lbs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated and capable of following directions and effectively working in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and independently
• Good, safe work habits
• Demonstrated team player and willingness to assist others when required
