Job summary

Baily International of Atlanta is hiring a CDL Class A driver to support the Southeast metro area. The role involves delivering and unloading food products on local and regional routes with early start times, typically 3:00 AM to 6:00 AM.

As the face of the company at delivery points, you will uphold safety and regulatory standards, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and manage lifting of 50–75+ lbs freight. Local routes with occasional 2–3 day regional trips are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Drug screen and criminal background check (Drug-free workplace).
• Early morning start times (3:00 AM - 6:00 AM).

Responsibilities

• Deliver & unload food products safely and efficiently at destination.
• Serve as the primary face of the company at delivery drop-off points with professional communication.
• Operate equipment safely and follow federal/state motor carrier regulations.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report defects or incidents promptly.
• Safely lift and move heavy freight 50–75+ lbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver & Unload: Safely load, transport, and unload food products with high efficiency and accuracy.
• Customer Service: Act as the primary face of the company at delivery drop-off points while communicating professionally.
• Safety & Compliance: Operate equipment responsibly and follow all federal and state motor carrier regulations.
• Pre/Post-Trip Inspections: Inspect vehicles and report any defects, damage, accidents, or traffic violations immediately.
• Physical Handling: Safely lift and move heavy freight ranging from 50 to 75+ lbs.

Qualifications

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Screening: Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check (Drug-free workplace).
• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor and handle early morning start times (3:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
