Job Description

Woodfield, based out of Camden, AR, is hiring for Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance.

Position: Class A OTR Team Driver with Secret Clearance (DoD)

Responsibilities

• Operate a 2025 Freightliner in an OTR capacity, willing to go out on the road for extended periods
• Established teams and husband & wife teams are encouraged to apply; matching teams are also welcome
• Maintain safety and compliance standards

Compensation and Benefits

• $2,000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days
• Minimum guarantee of $2,000 per driver, based on availability or percentage pay (Line haul + driver accessorial)
• $1,000 Referral Bonus
• Paid weekly via Direct Deposit
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance
• 401k plan available after 6 months

Qualifications

• Class A CDL with regional or OTR experience
• At least 2 years of recent and consistent verifiable experience
• Minimum age of 23 years
• DoD experience is a plus
• Twic card and Hazmat endorsement required
• Secret Clearance required; drivers who have already applied for clearance are accepted
