Woodfield, based out of Camden, AR, is hiring for Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance.

Position Details:

• Seeking CDL Class A drivers willing to go OTR in a 2025 Freightliner.
• Established teams and husband & wife teams strongly encouraged to apply.
• Open to matching teams.
• $2000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days.
• Company driver position with benefits and opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $2k minimum guarantee per driver based on availability or percentage pay (Line haul + driver accessorial).
• $1,000 Referral Bonus.
• Paid 2-1/2 day orientation weekly.
• 2025 Freightliners with upgraded interior, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters.
• Rental cars and private hotel rooms provided.
