Job Description

Woodfield, based out of Camden, AR, is hiring for Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance.

Position: Class A OTR Team Driver with Secret Clearance (DoD)

Responsibilities

• Operate a 2025 Freightliner in an OTR capacity, willing to go out on the road for extended periods.
• Established teams and husband & wife teams are encouraged to apply, with options for matching teams.
• Earn a $2000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days.
• Enjoy benefits and opportunities including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, paid vacations, and holidays.
• Get home every 14-21 days, depending on your home location.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with regional or OTR experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent and consistent verifiable experience.
• At least 23 years old.
• DoD experience is a plus.
• Twic card and Hazmat certification required.
• Secret Clearance required; drivers who have already applied for clearance are accepted.

Additional Details

• $2k minimum guarantee per driver based on availability or percentage pay.
• Paid weekly via direct deposit.
