Job Description

Woodfield Inc., based out of Camden, AR, is hiring for Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance. We are seeking CDL Class A drivers willing to go OTR in a 2025 Freightliner. Established teams and husband & wife teams are strongly encouraged to apply! We are also open to matching teams.

• $2000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days
• Company driver position with benefits and opportunities

Position Details

• $2k minimum guarantee, per driver, based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (Line haul + driver accessorial)
• $1,000 Referral Bonus
• Paid 2-1/2 day orientation held weekly
• 2025 Freightliners with upgraded interior, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters
• Rental cars and private hotel rooms
• Paid weekly via Direct Deposit
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance
• 401k available after 6 months
• Paid Vacation and Holidays
• Get home every 14-21 days on average, depending on driver’s home location

Hiring Criteria

• Class A CDL with regional or OTR experience
• 2+ years of recent and consistent verifiable experience
• Minimum age: 23 years
• DoD experience a plus
• Twic card & Hazmat required
• Secret Clearance required; drivers who have already applied are accepted
