Job Description

Woodfield Inc., based out of Camden, AR, is hiring for Class A OTR Team Drivers with Security Clearance. We are seeking CDL Class A drivers willing to go OTR in a 2025 Freightliner. Established teams and husband & wife teams are strongly encouraged to apply, and we are open to matching teams as well. Enjoy a $2000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days, along with excellent benefits and opportunities.

Position Details

• Minimum guarantee of $2,000 per driver, based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (Line haul + driver accessorial).
• $1,000 Referral Bonus
• Paid 2-1/2 day orientation held weekly
• 2025 Freightliners with upgraded interior, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters
• Rental cars and private hotel rooms provided
• Weekly direct deposit payments
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance
• 401k available after 6 months

Hiring Criteria

• CLASS A CDL - Regional or OTR experience required
• At least 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent experience
• Must be 23 years or older
• DoD experience is a plus
• Twic card and Hazmat endorsement required
• Secret Clearance required; drivers who have already applied for clearance are accepted. Woodfield will initiate the secret clearance process for qualified drivers.
