Job summary

ABC Supply is hiring a CDL-A driver to safely deliver building products to customers and job sites with nightly home time. You will load and unload, verify loads, and photograph deliveries using ABC’s camera phone system, while maintaining logs and compliance with federal and state regulations.

The role emphasizes safe operation, accurate documentation, and customer service. Pre-employment/random drug screens are required; forklift or boom-truck experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL – Class A
• Ability to lift 75–100 pounds repeatedly
• Willingness to work on rooftops
• Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required
• Conveyor, flatbed and/or drywall boom truck experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground and rooftop materials safely to customers and job sites
• Maintain a safe work zone at each site and adhere to delivery schedules
• Document every delivery with photos using the camera phone system and complete logs
• Perform a thorough load check before leaving the branch and ensure compliance with regulations
• Work with Delivery Material Handler to place materials and unload
• Provide customer with an invoice and collect COD where applicable
• Perform warehouse duties as assigned (loading/unloading)
