Position Purpose:

Food and food service delivery drivers play a critical role in the food supply chain. They ensure products arrive on time and in good condition, and they build lasting customer relationships.

The Driver, Formula CDL-A, operates tractor trailers or straight trucks on local, over-the-road, shuttle, and overnight routes, delivering food products safely and timely, following DOT regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and inspections according to DOT standards.
• Report safety issues and repairs needed.
• Follow DOT regulations and company policies.
• Ensure freight is loaded, secured, and documented properly.
• Deliver orders according to schedule and unload products at customer locations.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and handle payments if required.
• Maintain vehicle security and cleanliness.
• Complete required logs and paperwork accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Meet state licensing requirements.
• At least 21 years old.
• Clean MVR for past 3 years.
• Pass drug test, background check, road test, and have a valid DOT Health Card.
• Ability to lift and handle freight weighing between 10-90 pounds.

Compensation: Up to $90,000 annually.
