Class A CDL Delivery Driver - $90K/Year Avg.

Position Details:

• Dispatch from Rice, MN, four or five days per week - Monday through Saturday. No Sundays.
• Minimum $320 day plus component pay (cases, miles and stops)
• Average $90,000/year.
• Early morning start, home daily.

Position Purpose:

Food and food service delivery drivers play a critical role in the food supply chain. They ensure products arrive on time and in good condition, building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include driving, delivering, unloading, and maintaining safety and compliance with DOT regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and inspections according to DOT standards.
• Follow all safety and driving policies.
• Inspect and secure freight, check invoices, and complete paperwork accurately.
• Deliver and unload products, verify deliveries, and obtain signatures.
• Handle customer returns and damaged goods appropriately.
• Complete daily logs and maintain cleanliness of equipment and trailer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid CDL A license.
• Meet all licensing and certification requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
• Pass drug test, background check, road test, and hold a current DOT Health Card.
• Able to lift 10-90 pounds and operate equipment.
