Position Purpose:
Food delivery drivers play a critical role in the food supply chain, ensuring products arrive on time and in good condition while building lasting customer relationships.

Drivers operate tractor trailers or straight trucks on local, over-the-road, shuttle, and overnight routes, delivering food and related products safely and in compliance with DOT regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT standards.
• Report safety issues and repairs.
• Follow all DOT and company safety policies.
• Ensure freight is loaded, secured, and delivered properly.
• Complete all paperwork accurately and legibly.
• Unload products, verify deliveries, and obtain signatures.
• Handle customer payments when required.
• Secure equipment and complete shift documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 12+ months commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL-A
• Must be 21+ years old
• Clean MVR for past 3 years
• Pass drug test, background check, road test
• Current DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift 10-90 pounds as needed
