• Early morning dispatch from Rogers, MN.
• $34 effective hourly rate during training.
• Trained drivers earn an average of $100,000 per year on component pay program.

Position Purpose:

Food and food service delivery drivers are vital to the country’s food supply chain. They ensure products arrive on time and in good condition, and they represent our company, building lasting customer relationships.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers.
• Perform safety checks and inspections per DOT regulations.
• Follow all DOT and company safety guidelines.
• Deliver and unload food products, ensuring proper documentation and secure loading.
• Verify deliveries, obtain signatures, and handle payments when required.
• Secure equipment and complete necessary paperwork at shift end.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL A license and DOT Health Card.
• Meet all licensing and certification requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older with a clean MVR.
• Pass drug test, background check, and road test.
• Ability to lift and move freight weighing up to 90 pounds.
