Position: Full-time

Reports to: Operations Manager - Luther Umphrey

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Summary:

Contribute to the operational effectiveness of the Missoula, MT Division by providing excellent customer service in product fulfillment and order delivery. CDL Class A license is required. This role involves a daily route with scheduled deliveries. Working hours are from 6 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with possible overtime. The position may require driving in extreme weather conditions. It is a Safety Sensitive position subject to DOT regulations.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Plan daily delivery routes
• Locate stock in warehouse, load onto truck, review orders for accuracy
• Drive to customer locations; unload and properly store stock
• Resolve order issues such as CODs, shortages, misfiles
• Communicate with management regarding customer issues and order changes
• Follow safety procedures and perform duties safely
• Deliver products accurately, safely, and on time

Other Functions:

• Assist warehouse staff when available
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• CDL Class A license required
• Excellent driving record and valid medical card required
• Must be 23 years or older
• One year of truck or tractor-trailer driving experience and warehouse experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong customer service and public relations skills
• Ability to operate a delivery truck/trailer safely (GVW 26,000+ lbs.)
• Ability to read and follow navigation apps
• Ability to work independently
• Meet company and regulatory driving requirements
• Ability to move stock with hand trucks or pallet jacks

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse, customer site, and truck environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally
• Subject to weather and traffic conditions
• Overtime and weekend work may be required
