Job summary

J Rose Logistics is hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account based out of West Memphis, AR. Expect home weekly with a 34-hour rest reset and stable weekly miles on a predictable schedule. Drive approximately 1,500 miles per week across AR, TX, OK, TN, LA, MS, MO, KY, IL, and AL.

Unload at customer sites using company-provided equipment on a touch-freight operation. We offer full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required and recent driving experience.
• 3+ months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving in the last year.
• Residence within 100 miles of West Memphis, AR and DOT safety requirements.

• Deliver 3 high-yielding loads per week with ~3 stops per load.
• Operate regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR.

We areseeking active, professional Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional account based out of West Memphis, AR. This specialized touch-freight role is excellent for drivers who want to maximize their earning potential, stay physically active, and get home every single week.

Run predictable regional routes on a stable, year-round dedicated contract with steady weekly miles. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and provide the competitive pay and equipment you need to succeed on the road.

Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,700 average weekly pay
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with consistent, stable freight volume

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for a reliable 34-hour rest reset (Exact days may vary depending on customer freight needs)
• Volume: Deliver 3 high-yielding loads per week, averaging 3 delivery stops per load
• Mileage: Drivers average approximately 1,500 miles per week
• Operating Area: Regional routes originating in West Memphis, AR, with deliveries extending into Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Kentucky, Illinois, and Alabama.

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dedicated account touch-freight. Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer delivery locations using company-provided roto-carts and hydraulic lift gates.
• Equipment: Well-maintained fleet equipped with the tools necessary to ensure driver safety and fluid delivery operations.

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.
