Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Regional Truck Driver to cover routes across Texas and surrounding states. This position offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-supported regional fleet.

Expect 5–5.5 days out, 34–48 hour resets at home, and 70% drop-and-hook with no-touch freight. Modern equipment from Kenworth, Freightliner, and International with option to take the truck home during home time, plus detention and breakdown pay,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer on regional routes across Texas and surrounding states.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT rules and company policies.
• Handle dry van freight with no-touch loads and perform pre/post trip inspections.

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a regional position running throughout Texas and surrounding states. This role offers consistent miles, reliable weekly home time, and steady freight on a well-supported regional fleet. We treat our drivers with the utmost respect and strive to provide the support you need to succeed.

Pay & Home Time

• Weekly Earnings: $1,075 – $1,200 average weekly pay


• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) paid on all miles (loaded and empty)


• Home Time: Home weekly for reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out)


• Reset: 34 to 48-hour reset at home


• Stability: Consistent miles, steady freight, and predictable regional scheduling

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight


• Operation: Approximately 70% drop-and-hook (remaining is live load/unload)


• Equipment: Newer Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models


• Convenience: Option to take the truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
