Job summary

Lhoist North America is seeking skilled drivers to load, deliver, and inspect dry bulk lime shipments to customers. You will operate and maintain equipment, ensuring DOT compliance and safety standards while supporting a wide service area.

Ideal candidates have a Class A CDL, strong understanding of DOT regulations, and the ability to train local contractors in safety procedures. Weekend shifts and occasional out-of-state deliveries may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL.
• Working knowledge of DOT regulations, fleet equipment, and excellent fleet mechanical skills.
• Ability to maneuver fleet equipment in heavy city traffic and remote job locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dry bulk shipments in a safe and timely manner.
• Operate and maintain loading/handling equipment; read gauges and perform inspections.
• Ensure compliance with DOT safety and environmental regulations.
• Educate and train local contractors in safe handling of materials and emergency procedures.
