Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Class A CDL driver in Levittown, PA for regional work delivering refrigerated freight to New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Weekly home time on weekends, 5 AM start, 3–4 layovers.

Compensation includes base pay per mile and per diem, plus delay, backhaul, hazmat, trailer sweep, and weekly pay. The role requires a valid CDL-A, DOT Medical Card, FMCSA Clearinghouse registration with a clear MVR, and at least 1 year of CDL experience (hazmat preferred).

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of CDL experience (within the past 3 years).
• Hazmat experience preferred; FMCSA Clearinghouse must be registered and MVR clear.
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations within the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate a refrigerated trailer with sleeper cabs and automatic transmission.
• Drop & hook, live load/unload, backup pickups available, no touch.
• Follow routes and schedules, complete required documentation and maintain safety standards.

• Delay Pay:$20/hour after 2 hours
• Backhaul Pay:$25 per backhaul

• Per Diem:$30

Driving Requirements

What You Will Do

As a Class A CDL you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
