Herman N Logistics is seeking Class A drivers for a regional dedicated dry-van position in Olive Branch, MS. You will earn a strong weekly pay with incentives, including per-mile, per-unload, and per-stop bonuses, plus a weekly home-time routine.

The role features a 100% hand-unload environment, with daily physical lifting of 50–75 lb freight and steady miles (around 1,000–1,700 per week). Weekend work is required, along with DOT screening and background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years old.
• CDL-A trainees with 0 months experience are welcome.
• 6+ months tractor-trailer experience in last 12 months or 12 months in last 5 years.
• Must live within 50 miles of Olive Branch, MS or in approved hiring area across MS/TN.
• Must be able to handle repeated manual unloading.
• Must pass DOT urine and hair testing and a background check.
• Non-SAP

$1,300–$1,700 Weekly | Home Weekly | Dedicated Dry Van

If you're a Class A driver looking for consistent work, solid weekly pay, and a predictable home-time routine, this dedicated account in the Olive Branch, MS area could be a good fit.

The freight is retail dry van and 100% hand-unload, so this position is definitely physical. Drivers who are comfortable putting in the work can earn strong weekly pay through mileage, unload, and stop pay.

What You Can Expect

• $1,300–$1,700 average gross per week
• $67,600–$88,400 estimated annual earnings
• $0.50 per mile on all miles
• $200 per unload
• $25 per stop
• $40 short-haul pay on loads under 100 miles
• Around 1,000–1,700 miles per week
• $100 weekly bonus for maintaining full 5-day availability with no accidents or service failures
• Home weekly for your 34-hour reset
• Both day and night dispatches
• Weekend work is required
• Normally off on calendar holidays

The Freight

This is 100% touch freight. You'll be manually unloading dry van retail freight, with regular lifting in the 50–75 lb range. If you're looking for a no-touch position, this won't be the right account.
