Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve positive sales performance
• Organize store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
• Provide excellent customer service
• Upsell products and accessories when appropriate
• Represent the Clarks brand professionally
• Follow policies related to loss prevention and shrinkage
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create an appealing environment
• Contribute to a positive work environment for colleagues
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities efficiently
• Physical Requirements: standing for long periods, frequent bending, climbing, ladder use, lifting up to 50 lbs
