Responsibilities of a Sales Associate include:

• Achieving consistent positive sales performance
• Organizing store merchandise and back stock, ensuring proper product placement
• Providing excellent customer service
• Upselling products and accessories when appropriate
• Representing the Clarks brand
• Adhering to policies on loss prevention and shrinkage
• Assisting with store maintenance and merchandising
• Fostering a comfortable work environment for colleagues
• Completing assigned tasks and responsibilities
• Physical requirements: standing for extended periods, bending, climbing, moving ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs
