Position Description

This position involves performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure buildings and grounds are clean, orderly, sanitary, and safe. Responsibilities include plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC repairs, and remodeling tasks. Outdoor work such as snow removal is also required. Employees may work independently or in a team, often without immediate supervision, following established procedures and instructions.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver’s license with vehicle liability insurance, and at least three (3) years of building maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Reliable attendance is essential.
