Job summary

Sweetgreen is seeking a Team Member in Arlington, VA to deliver warm hospitality, prepare and serve fresh food, and ensure accuracy and quality of every order. You will maintain station cleanliness, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with teammates to manage busy shifts while growing toward leadership opportunities.

This role supports guest experiences with a high-energy, fast-paced environment and offers pathways toward Shift Leader and General Manager roles within a few years.
