Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team bonuses. Temporary associates may participate in 401(k). Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing dementia care, engaging residents, respecting dignity, and encouraging independence.
  2. Assisting with daily activities, participating in care planning, and promoting resident well-being.
  3. Serving meals, encouraging proper nutrition, and recording dietary changes.
  4. Leading engagement programs, maintaining records, and assisting with medication following regulations.
  5. Maintaining a safe environment, responding to emergencies, and monitoring resident safety.
  6. Fostering teamwork and cooperation among staff.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED; experience with dementia care preferred.
  • State certification may be required.
  • Physical ability to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Good communication skills in English.
