Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is also eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Provides dementia care including adapted ADL’s, meaningful engagement, and communication to residents following a person-centered individual service plan. Treats residents with respect and dignity, recognizes individual needs, and encourages independence. Fosters a purposeful and engaging culture throughout the community.
This description provides an overview of the responsibilities for this position. Associates should perform all duties assigned by their supervisor.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred, with 3-6 months related experience or training in dementia care or equivalent.
Certifications and Licenses: May require current state certification and adherence to regulations to maintain it.
Physical Demands and Conditions: Includes standing, walking, sitting, handling, reaching, climbing, stooping, talking, hearing, tasting, smelling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to various hazards and infections. May require travel and occasional weekend or evening work.
Makes routine decisions based on detailed guidelines. Has basic skills to follow instructions, read and write simple correspondence, and communicate effectively in English. Uses good judgment especially in emergencies.
