Description
Provides dementia care including adapted ADLs, meaningful engagement, and communication to residents following a person-centered individual service plan. Treats residents with respect and dignity, recognizes individual needs, and encourages independence. Fosters a purposeful and engaging culture throughout the community.

Applicants' skills and experience determine the base pay within the range. The role may include team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.
