Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is hiring a Clamp Operator / Clamp Truck Driver for a fast-paced Fitchburg warehouse. You will operate a hydraulic clamp forklift, load/unload trailers, and stage large goods while ensuring safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have clamp truck experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a warehouse environment. RF scanning experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires clamp truck/forklift experience.
• Loads/unloads trailers and moves large bulky products.
• Strong focus on safety and product quality.
• Experience with warehouse systems or RF scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift with a hydraulic clamp attachment.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers.
• Move, stack, and stage large products.
• Adjust clamp pressure to prevent damage.
• Use warehouse systems or scanners to track inventory and movement.
• Perform daily equipment and safety inspections.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Clamp Operator / Clamp Truck Driver

We're hiring an experienced Clamp Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on clamp truck experience who is safety-focused and comfortable handling large or bulky products.

What You'll Do

Safely operate a forklift with a hydraulic clamp attachmentLoad and unload trucks and trailersMove, stack, and stage large or unpalletized productsAdjust clamp pressure to prevent product damageUse warehouse systems or scanners to track inventory and product movementPerform daily equipment and safety inspectionsAssist with inventory counts, order picking, and general warehouse dutiesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
