Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes claim documentation to determine details.
• Prepares written communication to clients and internal/external parties with professional demeanor.
• Makes claim processing determinations and processes claims per policy and state regulations.
• Ensures compliance with statutes, regulations, and company procedures.
• Maintains detailed claim files and correspondence.
• Interacts with customer service, legal counsel, and other departments to aid in claim handling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
