Position Type: Full Time


Salary Range: $23.97 - $35.96 Hourly


The Claims System Associate performs comprehensive, role specific duties within the assigned discipline, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant service delivery. Working as part of a collaborative and well coordinated team, this position applies technical skill, effective communication, and attention to detail to support accurate system use and operational workflows. The Claims System Associate adheres to regulatory standards and organizational policies while contributing to high quality outcomes and continuous improvement efforts. Through reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to established processes, this role supports consistent service delivery and overall organizational performance.

  • One (1) year Information Systems and Medical Office background, preferred.

  • One (1) year experience in customer service preferred.

Physical Requirements
