Responsibilities

• Assist Claims Manager with organization, tracking, and documentation of various claims.
• Support claim files from incident through closure with required documents and records.
• Coordinate early Return to Work and maintain confidential information.
• Communicate professionally with employees, managers, medical providers, and insurers.
