Great West Casualty Company is hiring an Associate Claims Assistant in our Claims Support Department at the South Sioux City, Nebraska office. You will provide clerical support to adjusters and assistants, entering claim requests, verifying documentation, and preparing and indexing mail and emails to keep the settlement process moving.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical office skills, including data entry required.
• The ability to stay organized, prioritize work, and communicate with a variety of people.

Responsabilidades

• Enter claim requests accurately and promptly.
• Verify supporting documentation for claims.
• Prepare and index mail and email related to claims.
• Support adjusters and assistants throughout the settlement process.
