What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and motivate a Workers Compensation claims team to deliver efficient service
- Guide the team to handle claims in accordance with best practices
- Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance

- Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 10 years of related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
- Knowledge of all team member-related functions
- Workers Compensation claims experience with MD and VA is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
