Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Our client, a large organization, is seeking a Claims Supervisor to join their team! This is a fully remote role.

Objectives of this role
  • Conduct research and analyze evidence, documents, and police reports to fairly settle claims.
  • Examine existing insurance policies to determine coverage extent.
  • Coordinate with mechanics and repair shops to repair damage.
  • Write and submit comprehensive reports of research, interviews, site visits, and policy details.
  • Negotiate claims settlements using expertise and research-based judgments.
  • Develop solutions to reach ethical and financial outcomes.
Responsibilities
  • Verify insurance policies and examine terms related to claims.
  • Interview claimants, witnesses, and involved parties for full event details.
  • Perform site visits as needed to observe evidence.
  • Research repair costs and obtain quotes from vendors for comparison.
  • Review documentation, police reports, and evidence.
  • Brainstorm creative solutions for claims negotiations.
