Mister Car Wash, Inc. is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist to join our Headquarters team.

You will manage claims from start to resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while balancing cost control with employee care and return-to-work outcomes. Responsibilities include claim file management, coordinating with the TPA, communicating with stakeholders, investigating, and supporting cost containment and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–5 years of workers’ compensation claims handling.
• Strong knowledge of workers’ comp laws and medical terminology.
• Experience with claims management systems and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and investigate claims to determine compensability.
• Maintain and organize claim files with documented actions.
• Coordinate with the TPA for medical treatment and benefits.
• Communicate claim status to workers, supervisors, and providers.
• Support return-to-work programs and cost containment.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state workers’ comp laws and OSHA reporting.
