Qualifications

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • AIC, SCLA, or other relevant designations to be completed within 3 years
  • Knowledge of unfair claims practices and applicable laws and regulations
  • Experience with various lines of policy coverages
  • Proactive decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Time management skills with a sense of service urgency
