Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an entry-level Claims Analyst / Settlement Claims Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on reviewing claims, validating documents, and communicating with claimants to ensure timely, accurate processing.

With training provided, you will develop skills in data entry, issue resolution, and coordination with internal teams. The position offers hybrid work in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA, and exposure to financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Comfort working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Review claim forms and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

We’re looking for smart, detail-oriented college graduates to join our team as Claims Analysts / Settlement Claims Specialists. This is an entry-level opportunity with training provided, making it a great fit for candidates who are analytical, organized, and eager to build experience in claims processing and financial operations.
