Munich Re Specialty Group North America (MRSG NA) is seeking an Associate Claims Resolution Specialist to join our Schaumburg, IL office. You will manage 500+ ongoing claim files daily, coordinating with underwriters, attorneys, and clients to resolve complex claims.

You will analyze coverage and liability, draft protests and petitions, and prepare detailed reports for management. Strong writing and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fast-paced environment with daily monitoring of 500+ ongoing claim files.
• Communication by phone and email with parties involved in the claims process to assist in the resolution of claims.
• Consult with management, underwriting, and sales teams regarding claims activity.
• Distribution of claims reports to communicate insurance risk.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Communicate complex claims information to non-technical stakeholders, including policyholders, agents, and brokers.
