Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and manage incoming claims with professionalism and urgency
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat
  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve claim issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation for each claim
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external partners
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance standards and procedures

Work Setup

  • Training: Up to 2 weeks onsite at Nobilis Group’s headquarters in Las Colinas (Irving, TX); flexible training hours but must complete 8 hours/day
  • Post-training: Fully remote; standard hours are 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (subject to change based on seniority)
