Job summary

MindLance is hiring a Claims Processor to support billing and processing of routine vision insurance claims through insurance portals. This hybrid role in Mason, OH offers 3 days onsite and two days remote, with a temp-to-full-time conversion path.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year of claims processing or data entry experience, strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Training is provided and collaboration with internal teams is required.

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of claims processing or data entry experience.
• Basic knowledge of claims adjudication and third-party benefits.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Access is a plus.
• Effective communication, analytical, multitasking abilities.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• High school diploma required.

• Process standard, non-complex claims and adjustments accurately and efficiently.
• Meet productivity, cycle time, and quality performance metrics.
• Support non-complex claims projects and initiatives.
• Adapt quickly to new plans and benefit design changes.

We re Hiring: Claims Processor (Temp to FTE)

Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Hybrid)

No of Openings: 3 Positions

Duration: 3+ Months | Possibility of Extension

Conversion: Temp to FTE

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), Monday and Friday work from home.

Training: 100% onsite

Work Hours:

8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) or

8:00 AM 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
