Senior Account Manager at Polikov Recruitment Solutions

Do you have a background in adjusting commercial claims—but now thrive in optimizing operations, automating workflows, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive real results?

We are representing a top-tier insurance carrier and recruiting a Claims Operations Manager/Supervisor to lead strategic improvements across the claim’s lifecycle.

**The role requiures 3 days in an office in Tampa FL (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Some in the company will rent an apartment to work during the week while living in another city/state**

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role—but without the burden of direct reports. Instead, you’ll lead by influence, data, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do:

• Optimize workflows, systems, and procedures across the Claims department
• Drive process improvements, automation, and consistency
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to enhance reporting, analytics, and system performance
• Support FNOL and payment processes, occasionally backing up on complex claims
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and present findings to senior leadership
• Own performance metrics, reporting, vendor relationships, and audit coordination

You Bring:

• 5–7+ years of experience in commercial claims and/or claims operations
• A sharp eye for identifying inefficiencies and designing scalable solutions
• Strong understanding of claims systems, reporting tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI), and compliance standards
• A track record of successful project or change management within an insurance carrier environment
