Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Claims Department staff.
• Oversee claims processing to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely turnaround.
• Maintain and update health plans, fee schedules, coding updates, and claims system resources.
• Monitor department productivity and prepare operational and audit reports.
• Conduct claims audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain departmental policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve claims-related issues and improve processes.
