Job description

The Claims Manager is responsible for overseeing all claim processing and management activities. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the company and our customers, providing guidance and support to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient claim processing.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Workers Compensation Claims, Auto Liability Claims, General Liability Claims, and Windshield Claims.
  • Collaborate with line of business managers and insurance adjusters to ensure successful claims management.
  • Oversee and manage administrative claims processes.
  • Maintain reporting and records for governmental agencies.
  • Assist our legal team in obtaining documentation and managing claims requiring legal assistance.
  • Perform other duties as necessary.
Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience in a related field preferred.

Work Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
