PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We seek driven individuals embodying our caring counts model and core values such as empathy, accountability, collaboration, growth, and inclusion.

ARE YOU AN IDEAL CANDIDATE? Analyze workers' compensation claims to determine benefits due, ensuring ongoing adjudication within service expectations, industry standards, and client requirements.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Analyzing and processing claims to reach appropriate and timely resolutions by investigating and gathering information.
  • Negotiating claim settlements within designated authority.
  • Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
  • Reporting claims to excess carriers and responding to requests professionally and promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing: Five (5) years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience required.

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Professional certifications relevant to the line of business are a plus.
