PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To analyze workers' compensation claims for our clients, determining benefits due and ensuring ongoing adjudication within service expectations, industry best practices, and client requirements.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:

  • Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to resolution by investigating and gathering information.
  • Negotiating settlements within authority limits.
  • Communicating claim activity with claimants and clients.
  • Reporting claims to excess carriers and responding to requests promptly and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing: 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred. Professional certifications are a plus.

  • SIP licensing required | California jurisdiction knowledge
