Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review an assigned caseload of claims and determine benefits due within authority.
• Refer activity outside authority to Senior Examiner or Supervisor.
• Discuss claims decisions with Senior Examiner or Supervisor.
• Process payments accurately with attention to detail.
• Document all claim decisions with relevant information.
