Qualifications

• 4-year degree OR 3 years of relevant experience – ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in building a long-term career in insurance or claims management.
• 15-22 Paid Holidays and 18 days of PTO.

• Settle claims using investigative insights and negotiation where appropriate.
