U.S. Bank is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support investigation and recovery of unauthorized or disputed account activity. The role requires analyzing data, contacting complainants as needed, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and network rules.
You will work from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week, manage multiple cases with deadlines, and deliver accurate communications while building strong internal and external customer relationships.

Responsible for case support, investigation, disposition, and/or recovery scenarios involving unauthorized, disputed, or erroneous account activity. This role involves calling complainants if more information is needed and updates so we are seeking someone with solid customer skills. We are seeking someone with strong organizational skills to self-manage cases with varying deadlines to meet SLAS. Ensures compliance with federal regulations and network rules. May involve analytical research, four wall investigations, validations, sending customer facing communications, and/or recovering funds through merchants and other financial institutions. This position is multi-faceted and requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, the ability to retain knowledge to assist other areas as necessary. This role requires working from one of the posted U.S. Bank locations three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
